Apex Community Carers is a registered NDIS and DCJ provider based in Western Sydney. We’re a small, close-knit team driven by purpose not profit. What sets us apart is our commitment to genuine relationships, lived experience, and trauma-informed care.
We support participants of all ages, with a focus on those who have complex needs, are justice-involved, or have limited informal supports. Our services are person-centred, culturally safe, and grounded in compassion.
